  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you're planning a wedding during peak seasons (spring and fall). Most brides secure their date 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure we’re available and to enjoy a stress-free planning experience.
  • Do you offer trials?
    Yes, and we consider them such an important part of the process. Our bridal preview sessions are thoughtfully designed to collaborate on your vision and perfect your look before the big day. For destination brides, we’re happy to arrange a trial around your travel schedule, such as the day before your wedding.
  • Do you travel for weddings and events?
    Absolutely. We love bringing our signature beauty experience to you, wherever you're celebrating. Travel within 30 miles of Bentonville, Arkansas is complimentary. For events beyond that, including destination weddings, we’re happy to provide a personalized travel quote based on your location and needs.

    Yes, luxury lashes are included with every makeup application. We offer a range of soft, natural lash styles to complement your eye shape and overall look without feeling heavy or overly dramatic.
  • What should I do to prepare for my beauty appointment?
    To help us create the most flawless, lasting look, please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and completely clean and dry hair. Avoid heavy products or SPF right before your appointment, as they can affect the finish and wear of your makeup. We encourage you to follow your regular skincare routine in the days leading up to your service, and to stay well-hydrated and rested. Feeling relaxed and cared for starts with the little things, and we’re here to take it from there.
  • How long will my bridal hair and makeup take?
    Each bridal service is thoughtfully timed to feel calm and unrushed. We typically set aside 90 minutes to 2 hours for the bride, depending on your chosen look and any additions like extensions or second styles. Your personalized beauty timeline will be shared in advance so that everything flows smoothly. Our goal is always for you to feel radiant, relaxed, and fully present on your wedding day.
  • Can you accommodate my bridesmaids, moms, or other guests?
    Yes, we offer services for bridesmaids, mothers, and special guests to ensure everyone in your party feels beautifully prepared. Our a la carte offerings make it easy to customize who receives hair and makeup services, and our luxury bridal packages are perfect for those looking for a more curated, all-inclusive experience.   • How much do your services cost?
    Our pricing reflects the time, artistry, and personalized care that go into each experience. Final costs are based on your date, location, number of services, and the level of luxury included. Bridal experiences begin at $350, and we offer both a la carte services and curated bridal packages to suit a variety of needs.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    All payments are processed securely through our online booking platform. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. For international clients, PayPal is available with a small processing fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy is designed to honor the commitment we make to every bride. All retainers are non-refundable and secure your date on our calendar. Any reduction in services must be made at least 60 days before your wedding. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are subject to the full remaining balance, as outlined in your contract.
  • Is gratuity included?
    Yes, gratuity is already included in your final balance for a seamless, worry-free experience. We follow the industry standard of 20 to 24 percent, shared among the artists serving you. If you feel called to offer more, your artists always appreciate the gesture.
